Didn't think they were that rare, 1 of 7 ?
TFC have had 3 in the last 6 months or so

Yes , seen 4 cars available in last 3 months here on PH , Blue in NI was the best 24k miles for £54K but needed to go there ..... sold quickly though.

That's punchy pricing for a car missing some desirable options (modular wheels, Daytona seats). I'd love them to get it as I've got a 2005 manual with 25k miles. I was offered 40k trade 6 months ago which I politely declined and kept it.

On the numbers point, when I was searching mine out I struggled to get clear data. However it felt like c5-10% of the 300 cars were manual.

I don't follow values that much but 80k seem well OTT even with low miles.
TFC had a manual Rosso / crema recently at 60 k from memory which seemed excessive compared to the 45k they wanted for the one sat next to it.

I think the seller is a tad optimistic and clearly has eyes on a newer vehicle which will cost considerably more. Nice car though.

Peter, good to hear from you

Yep, the 996 Cup went back to the fatherland to an engineer who'd worked on the engine for the mclaren f1 (I was impressed). The 993 clubbie went to France via your mate Paul. I probably sold that 12 months too soon as prices have gone bonkers since then. So, no pork but I'm sure I'll go back there.

I picked up the 612 a year ago for similar reasons to you I expect... kids in the back, 500 horses at the front. Took a while to find a manual.

The Scag is lovely but rather grown up and I missed the sports car thing. So I applied some man logic and bought a Scud a couple of months ago, keeping the Scag as my sensible/family/GT ferrari and the Scud as my Sunday morning motor. If you say it quickly it doesn't sound too silly!

Are you still racing? I did a couple of races in a friend's car each of the last two years but nothing much - too little time.

Yes Crazy prices for all the old stuff we used to shag around tracks ....... now "investments " all probably sold as only" one lady owner " ...... he he .
Yes family comes to all and changes spending habits unfortunately...will be out at the Classic maybe something else but limited as well .
Scag is fun as family car as has real man interesting handling !!! and seats four comfortably ... Good to see you got a Scud as well , still some enbers burning there then..

Most "Rare" cars with Manual boxes are rare because so few people want them! Hard to sell on?
