I have one of these little fkers, not fussed as its pretty small on the back of my head.. but wouldnt mind it growing back at some point.

Any things to take / do?

any things to cut out your life?

real world answers on a postcard.

Your choices are hair transplant or live with it.

Didn't some woman eat masses of venison to recover from it?

I also hear that rubbing coffee into your scalp helps. But it might be a special blend before you go pouring Starbuck's cappuccino over yourself.

Also, isn't it to do with the scalp not getting enough blood?

I developed two of the bds when going through a particularly stressful time, one of them has grown back in completely , the other is reluctant to sprout decent hair , but is starting to show some signs of life with a baby type hair growth.

nowt to be done about it I'm afraid

A geezer at my local had a couple of patches. Took to wearing a cap, which looked worse to my mind. For whatever reason it grew back - think it was stress related after some kind of (unrelated) surgery.

I'm just a regular baldy-bd - living with it. biggrin

Op, has it got any worse?

I got two small patches which have joined up and now another patch has appeared.

Just become a dad again so that has been stressful so wonder if that is why?

Might try some of that caffeine shampoo then. Is that the one that Vicky BH advertises?

Mine did that, eventually ended up with loads of patches which slowly got bigger until they all linked up and I was left with nothing.

I don't think stress has much to do with, it's more of an auto immune thing so not a lot that you can do.
