Hi all , having had the DBS for nearly 3 years now , my lad has now outgrown his child's seat so it's time for a booster seat . Anyone had any experience / recommendation of a seat that will fit ?

Jockman had one for his DB9. I'm sure he will be along to confirm the make.

From experience it is a binary step forward.
No seat required.

A Selon says pretty binary. But for longer journeys and better vies out Britax adventure works fine for my little one

I have a vantage so was assuming front seat (airbag disabled) which are the same as DB9???, but I am guessing now you are talking rear seat..

This is too fit into the back seats of a db9
Any other opinions on this?

I'm not sure you can use a traditional booster seat in the back of a DB9, as I think the seats are too small. My kids are 6 and 4, and they love going in the back of mine as they don't use a booster seat and feel very "grown up". In the front they use one of the Trunki Backpack booster seats, as they fit a bit better than the standard ones.

I bought a small booster from halfords for 20 quid that fitted the rear seat perfectly.

Trouble is my lads 3 1/2 and has nearly outgrown the child seat and is too small to go straight to a cushion , so I need the inbetween fitment of a booster seat - any one else outhere ?

All children under 135cm in height must be in some kind of child restraint.

We did some work for Aston Martin couple of years ago crash testing some seats in the Rapide.
Pretty certain that the seat in question will also fit the OP's car.

This one definately fits into the Rapide so might be worth taking a look to see if it fits yours.

Also this one without Isofix might be worth looking at.

Shows how my life has changed; I pop into the Aston forum for a quick looksee and I end up replying to a post on child seats. smile Hope everyone is doing ok.

When I had my DB9 I bought two 'bubblebums' from Amazon that are certified booster seats that inflate and fit the DB9 perfectly. When I sold my DB9 I moved them into my Caterham and they fit perfectly in those restricted seats too. Highly recommended.
