TT Course where you live?

just returned from my first visit to the TT. What an amazing experience. The speeds the bikes get to on the roads is absolutely mind blowing.
on my way back I was thinking "what if??" If it was near where I live, what would be the route.

Here is my attempt

Derbyshire

Start Ashbourne
Then on Belper road to Hulland Ward
Cut across over Carsington reservoir
Turn right towards Middleton and down to Cromford
up Via Gelia to Newhaven
down A515 to Ashbourne
total distance 39 miles!

ideally wanted to fit in Matlock or Cat and Fiddle but, will now think of circuit 2

How close?

I'm 10 minutes away from the NW200 circuit, that'd be my choice.
