Insurance renewal time, any reccomendations?

It's insurance renewal time again, currently with Hagerty's insured as a modern classic. I've only managed to do about 300 miles last year, so don't mind restricted mileage. Prefer to insure against value as opposed to "market value" as should the worst happen we all know that Insurance market value is not even remotely similar to actual market value, so on that basis can anyone recommend who's best to talk too?
