Due to unforeseen schedule changes, our group will be in three cars rather than two.

We've only got two camping spots booked, in the Speedchills area of Bleu Sud. Would rather not try to squeeze a third car on, so what's the chances of him getting into Parking Bleu on Thursday PM without having pre-booked? Or is it pre-booked only?

Help!*

  • my car will be on the pitch so I'm not nearly as concerned as that exclamation mark would have you believe.

Try booking it on line on the official ACO website and it'll tell you if it's full or not?

Blanc is normally available late from what i recall, but i wouldnt chance it on the day go to, aco, just tickets etc.... they also block a lot of the road near the start finish these days so no massive rows of cars getting in the way or being able to park.

I always get blanc car park tickets. However, I always see cars parked up on the grass verge all the way up the road by the main entrance. Not sure of the legality of this but in the 7 years I have attended I have yet to see a tow truck. Short notice now but check out ebay for tickets, there is usually always Vert or Rouge tickets available.

Sorted, I think - one car is going into Parking Heronniere.

I'm struggling to decipher where the ticket collection point is though - I don't recognise where it's trying to point to on [url]::this link::|

Last year a brand new VW Polo got physically pushed down into the bank onto its side on the Thursday night. Looked like a pretty major recovery operation removing it!

I'm collecting my parking ticket on the Thursday when I get there. You used to collect from the main entrance near the museum but it seems there's a new place now, down the road a bit. Can't quite make it out and there's nothing obvious on Streetview. Head for AntiSud signs and keep your fingers crossed.

After a rush of blood to the head I have just booked eurotunnel for a dash down to LM tonight.

Although been several times previously have always camped so not had to worry about the car.

I cant find any information regarding parking if you turn up on the day without a pre booked place (all fully booked according to website)

Does anybody know what the arrangements are?, at the moment I am considering aiming for Arnage and walking in.

Any help/advice gratefully received.

Thanks

Yup, we did the same a few years.

We found parking on nearby streets, and I mean near by lightly 20 mins walk etc.

Enjoy, should be epic.

rue de Bob Wollek and a short walk down to the entrance gate at Tetre rouge or on stop on the tram to the inside of the track.

Jealous frown

Enjoy!

As for the Accueil General, think that is just by Maison Blanche - wouldn't take that as gospel, though.
