Hi.

Anyone on here suffered from these little b*stards before?

I first noticed I had some abut three months a go, did a little re-search and came to the conclusion it was tonsil stones so I followed the advice online and knocked it out thinking that was an end to it.

Last night however I felt something sticking in my throat and noticed it had appeared again. Same process except it seems to be worse, knocked most of it out but when I start prodding about I keep seeing more.

I am in Spain now so not sure how medical care works. I would ideally prefer to just treat it at home so has anyone got advice?

I have been online but looking for some real-world advice. Surely there must be a way to remove it all and keep it away. It doesn't hurt but is annoying knowing it's there.

They will continue to get worse as the pits in your tonsils become larger.. self fulfilling prophecy etc.
Apparently cutting out milk, cheese, dairy etc will help a little. Only cure is tonsillectomy and it's horrifically painful as an adult and carries an increased risk of bleeding to death (why they only do it if you insist)
They're a right pain. Mine started about 5 years ago.
