I just saw this on the BBC site too - article (your link) says

"The US Marine Corps said eight homes had been evacuated but no-one on the ground was hurt."

Hopefully this is true, and no-one is 'yet to be discovered' in the damaged house. Harrier crashes are far from unusual, though, so 'be thankful for small mercies' I suppose. It could have been so much worse...

Quite unfortunate it hit a house, it's mainly sand around imperial.

Maybe not hurt but them folk wandering around the burning crash site will want to get their lungs checked out. Burning carbon fibre does you no good at all!

Yes 2nd harrier crashed on 11 may in Phoenix based out of Yuma.
