5 seat Commercial Discovery import to UK

Trying to find out some more information about the option of importing a 5 seat LR Disco Commercial that is registered as N1 commercial vehicle in Republic of Ireland, into the UK.
Would it still be a commercial vehicle in the eyes of VOSA/DVLA/HMRC? It left the factory with its N1 classification but obviously has 5 seats, so not sure how it would be treated over here.
Would be looking to run it as a company car, nearly 100% for business use but with the very occasional children pick up from school.
Any thoughts or experiences welcome.
