Hi does anyone recall if when using the factory diagram you use the top edge of the steel section or the bottom of the angled seat floor pan as your start point when using the setting out dimensions? Picture not edited that well with my yellow lines as floor pan is sloped not shown well.

Hi Barrie, you need to use the edge of the steel section. It may be a little difficult to measure the exact spot on the floor pan so be sure to measure twice as that`ll save a lot of frustration later.
Some cars don`t have the lowered floor pan and they use the same dimensions as in the drawing.

The diagram I have just looked at shows the dimensions taken from the outermost edges. The folds at the bottom of the dropped floor are shown on the diagram as dotted lines.

Thanks guys. My diagram on the build CD does not have dotted lines but I have the info needed now
