I've not seen the car in the flesh but noticed it was for sale in Dec last year through a company called Carlton Leasing for £15,500. It was on 44k miles then so it's not been far.

The eclipse blue looks good, maybe it's the interior colour that's been putting people off? Just needs the carpet and steering wheel changing colour if it was me.

Are you returning your recently purchased Tuscan?

Milky400, did you go and view this car? I'm currently searching for a Tuscan and this one keeps cropping up and just found this thread. As others have said, it seems too good to be true so i'd love to hear your thoughts on it if you did take a look?

Thanks

Sean

I haven't been to see it although again like everyone else,I've stumbled across it many times...I have contacted the seller and his response was 'abrupt' so wasn't too impressed! Maybe I just expect too much in old fashioned sales...

I like the colour... Don't like the blue inside, and not too keen on the exhaust cans TBH. Looks good value tho if you don't mind those things.

I went to view it a couple of months back

It's was a bit if a shed. The guy selling it then dealt with ex high end lease cars and took it in as a trade in for a SL55 or something along those lines

It had sat in his barn for a year or so and not run as he was going to keep it for some summer fun

When I went to see it, it was mouldy inside for a start, and then he started it up and continued to rev the nuts and bolts out if it. It smoked like a ten year old diesel. As I had travelled to see it I took it out and it drove as well as it looked, but this could have been because it had sat. Smoked all the way.

It's had a rebuild by RND and I think it was quite recently if I remover correctly and only approx 2k since. Take what you want from that...... wink

TVR Mads I believe went to see it and offered 13k for it, the seller at that time was going to let it go for that, but you have to wonder why Mads didn't go through with it...

Personally I wouldn't touch it, I' claim to be no expert but did learn the basics quickly via my ill fated first tuscan..

OK thanks for that, i'll cross that one off the list, as definitely does not sound like it's worth the time travelling to it.

TVR MADS have not been to see this car and don't recall bidding on it.

Apologies James, the original seller must have mixed his traders up... Good job really.
