Venta- Any information?

Hello experts,
I've just bought this ladies watch (flea market, a fiver), and was wondering if anyone can tell me about it. I've searched the net and only come up with the info that it could be Swiss made but was a Latvian company!
It's about 20mm in diameter, it works (even the tiny second hand), was once gold plated, and may have a gold back.
One more question. How do I get to look at the mechanism? Looking at the front photo, one can see that the bezel is out of alignment with the face, so maybe it unscrews?
