Rear mounted bike rack

Dear all

Having crippled myself running I have now started cycling. Has anyone seen a rear mounted bike rack that swings away from the car giving complete access to the back rather than tilting away. I saw one in the US years ago. It looked rather expensive. But it's what the wife wants. So that's what we need.

I *think* I've seen them for 4x4s. But not for a normal car.
