It'd be comical if it wasn't quite so serious. Motorbikes ridden around their garden and bins booted everywhere. Sodding great big hay-bale wall built around their garden fence. A very similar farm loader used in the dead of night to punt one of their cars into the garage door and the other into the heating oil tank. Then the house catches fire in the dead of night...? Plus umpty-seven other incidences of harassment... Not sure they count as "hobbies".

That maybe but, for example, some tt recently moved into a house right next to Rochester Cathedral and then moaned about the bell ringing. Now there are restrictions on the bell ringing. It defies common sense. If you move next to an airport and then moan about the noise, you should be told to fk off. If you already live there and an airport or church is built there then you have every right to moan.

The other point is how the complaints are logged. Goodwood for example have strict noise controls for both the track and airfield because of hundreds of complaints. Problem is they are all from the same 'professional moaner'. Each time he complains, it's logged as another complaint.

Yes agree its amazing how a few well connected or educated moaners can enjoy finding some way to stop someone else's enjoyment, motor sport is a prime target and a soft target

Oh, google can't find it so it couldn't have happened. It did make local press, however as a friend of mine works at Kings private school, right at the cathedral my info was all first hand.

As above, the point still stands and no I didn't memorise the court case and I'm working so have better things to do than find it on google - something you're obviously too stupid to use. So fk off and continue one of your other petty meaningless arguments you're no doubt having on another thread.

As I fly out of Rochester airport I could give you another example of how a complainer living in a new home built on old Marconi avionics land next to the airfield has caused similar issues to us flying in and out of Rochester but then you clearly have your head rammed so far up your own arse that you wouldn't believe that either because things like this clearly don't really happen in this country do they? Well at least not in the lala land version of it that you live in.

I live in Rochester and I also remember reading about a complaint about the bell ringing lodged by a new resident. I don't remember all the details though.
