Road/Hybrid tyres for MTB

Good Morning Guys, after a few suggestions.

Am doing the London to Brighton at the weekend on my mountain bike, and ideally would like to put come slick/semi-slick tyres on my bike to make the ride abit easier.
Just wondered if anyone has any suggestions?

Current tyres are 26x2.2

Dont want to spend a fortune if i can help it as its unlikely they will be used again!
