Offline split-screen multiplayer FPS

My 7-year-old son loves playing split screen COD:Ghosts (wee bugger is really good at it too!)

We usually play Drop Zone or Team Death match against each other, with bots (AI players) on both teams and it's great fun.

Are there are any other FPS games on the Xbox One or 360 with this functionality?

Used to play Rainbow Six: Vegas & Vegas 2 on Xbox 360 - you can play the entire campaign through split screen co-op, great fun They are reasonably old games now you could probably pick them up for pence!
