Spray painter Hartlepool / Stockton area?

Hi all, can anybody recommend a place to do a rear bumper respray in or around the Hartlepool/Stockton area - its an area of about 10" x 6" that has lifted off the primer of a previous repair by the dealer we got the car from a few years ago.

I would have a stab myself but from previous experience I cant get a good finish

Ps its metallic audi black
