Car Painter job in North Cornwall, (Immediate Start)

My friend in the UK just called me as he's looking for a spray painter to start immediately at his bodyshop in North Cornwall so I thought i would put it out there.
We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Body shop Panel Finisher/Paint Sprayer to join our team in Bude Cornwall, a fast growing local business repairing and restoring vehicles.
The right candidate will be experienced and qualified in this area.
The main aspects of this job will be to undertake a number of automotive body repairs ranging from small crash repairs/smart repairs, to restoration filling shaping and re sprays. Welding skills not necessary but would be of advantage.
The main functions of the role are:
• Selecting and mixing colours to match the vehicle’s colour
• Masking areas that are not included to be painted/ Final detailed masking
• Setting up the spray equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment.
• Painting of new and used cars using blending techniques
• Some ability to remove and replace some panels
• Applying and shaping of fillers to a high standard
• Preparing and applying primers
• Spray paint automobiles to a high standard
• Flatting and polishing finished paint work to a high standard
• Final cleaning of vehicle
You must have experience working on a wide range of cars and be able to carry out all duties of paint work, have full and up to date experience of current water based and also solvent paint systems, 2k solids and lacquers. The candidate should be confident using all the necessary tools and materials, have experience working in a high volume Body shop and be willing to spend long periods of time on one vehicle when necessary. Must have experience working in a filtered spray oven and be willing to use the correct safety equipment when required. Your own tools, guns and masks not necessary but welcome. Previous painting experience in the automotive industry is essential and must have the ability to pay close attention to detail. Full UK Driving license is required
This position is to start as soon as possible.
Good rate of pay offered negotiable depending on experience
