Blackpool???

I am on a tour at the moment! So far done 1000 miles in 5 days. Today I was at Lands End and by Saturday afternoon I was thinking of stopping off in Blackpool on my way back to North East Scotland. I was wanting to see where the car was made. Does anybody know the old address?? Is there anything to see?

Not a lot to see unless Surface and Design are open on a Saturday afternoon?

Thanks for the info! Any ideas where to stay now lol!! Want my car away from prying eyes! Been a damn long time since I was last in Blackpool! Most websites saying Blackpool FC hotel. Any good?

Unless it has a lockup car park I wouldn't leave my TVR anywhere near Blackpool FC. There is a large public car park near the ground and the last time I was there a number of cars had been broken into. Some parts of Blackpool are rather ropey!

It's a bit out of Blackpool but I've stayed at The Cartford Inn www.thecartfordinn.co.uk which has nice rooms and excellent food. You will need to book as it is very popular.

Was there a few weeks ago, stopping up from the north pier left mine on the road (hotel car park chokka) had no problems

I work at Surface & Design and will open up the shop if you would like a look at what is left of the old factory, not a lot though.

Ah man just seen this!! I headed up Yorkshire instead as was wanting too meet a friend!! Totally gutted now as would of loved a look!! Please hold the offer as I will make a trip down too Blackpool real soon if that's ok!!
