996 Turbo Actuator pressures, what should they be?

Hi
I'm currently refreshing all my turbo hardware (long story of which I'll go into more detail when it's finally done).
I need to set the turbo waste gate actuators, but can't seem to find what the pressures need to be set to for a standard turbo set up. I have the choice of standard or Forge ones and I believe they need to be set to different pressures?
I have access to a a Mtyvac so can do it properly whilst they are off the car.
Can anyone point me in the right direction where I can find the required pressures?

All I have is this:
Checking and adjusting the bypass flap control boxes on the turbocharger
Check and adjust ( cylinder bank 1-3 )
Test
1) Raise vehicle at the prescribed jacking points.
2) fasten special tool dial gauge holder VW 387 onto the underneath of the camshaft housing (cylinder bank 1-3). Flanges with the thread M8 have been provided for this procedure.
3) Align tracer pin with push rod, set the dial gauge with pre-tension to 0.
4) Connect special tool pressure gauge 9103/2. Connect hand pump and pressure gauge together with branch pieces. Hang pressure gauge on stabilizer.
5) remove vacuum hoses from control box.
-Push a small screw driver between the connection nipple and vacuum hose.
-Widen vacuum hose a little and spray in e. g. silicon spray at the same time.
-Pull off vacuum hose.
6) Connect connecting piece (shop made) and Tecalan line (shop made) onto the control box and connect with the pressure gauge3.
7) Produce overpressure of 0.5 bar with special tool tester 9160/1. Read off pressure on special tool pressure gauge 9103/2. Have second person read off the stroke of the push rod on the dial gauge at the same time.
-Prescribed stroke: 4 +/- 0.5mm
Adjusting
1) Remove safety bracket.
2) Twist adjusting nut accordingly.
-Turning clockwise -- stroke smaller.
-Turning counter-clockwise -- stroke larger.
3) Fit safety bracket again.
Check and adjust ( cylinder bank 4-6 )
1) Fasten special dial gauge holder VW 387 onto the underneath of the right camshaft housing.
2) Make tracer pin (shop-made). The tracer pin must be bent accordingly in the area of the deflector plate.
3) Carry out checking and adjusting using the same method used on cylinder bank 1 - 3.

What would you reccomend I fit? The standard ones or the Forge?
we like some forged products especially the dvs. On standard car we prefer the standard actuators, they don't require as much cracking pressure as the forged ones. If you drop me a PM we can supply standard ones direct from the manufacturer at considerably less than Porsche charge. What would you reccomend I fit? The standard ones or the Forge?

It was boosting around 1.3bar but have seen a big drop to 0.8, booked in at RPM in Knaresborough next week for a service and to check it out, any ideas what it could be??
