Cars rising back up in value above SOTW budget...

Has anyone else noticed certain models previously in SOTW territory seem to have risen back up above it?
Facelift 9-5 aero estates were going for under a thousand at the turn of the year but have definitely gone up. Although out of shed budget I sense V70s, particularly T5s, have also gone up. Perhaps it's just the halo models.
Is it mirroring the economy picking up?
Is it a usual seasonal trend?
Anyone else spotted cars they typically track rising in asking price?
