Clutch replacement

I think the pressure plate in my clutch is about to throw in the towel. All gears still engage easily and cleanly and its not slipping but traveling over uneven road surfaces, especially at low speed, causes the car to 'bounce' as though you have dipped and then let go of the clutch pedal!

What is the general consensus on replacement? Just the clutch or do the slave as well? What sort of price should I be looking for to get it done. Looks like it will be a trip to one of the 'local' indys near Beds to get it done as I can't just drop it in to Mr Clutch!

Its not done bad, got me all the way to 30K and lasted 12 years!!
