anyone Aircooled/964 experts Birmingham South or Worcester?

I am considering a 964 in Worcester but as I'm in Edinburgh I wonder if am looking for someone knowledgeable to go take a thorough look at it, preferably tomorrow (Mon 16th June). I will of course pay for their time & petrol. I am also considering the established inspectors, but they are unlikely to be able to help at such short notice.

Cotswold Porsche Specialists are very helpful and located not too far at Toddington near Cheltenham

The owner runs a 964 coupe as well and is well versed in this model

Yep, that was the reason for me wondering if the OP would enlighten us as to why he passed on it.

Mainly corrosion issues due to storage, effecting suspension, brakes and fuel lines -There were thirty issues in all, mostly minor, some pricey. But what disappointed me was there was little oil in the engine and the gauge wasn't working.

Its a dry sump engine, how were you measuring the oil?
