Head light buttons

Had a slight problem going though a tunnel in southern Germany went to switch the lights on and my finger went straight through the hole I bodged it up with cable ties to get home but to fix it properly do I have to take the top off the dash or can I access the radio panel another way, any advice greatly appreciated.

Pull the radio and there's 4 screws then the panal will come off then you will see the st clips what are meant to hold the switch plate

Thanks just taken it off see what you mean about the brackets think its going to be new dash time as half the veneer has come off I've been putting it off for a while now, still there is all the fun of looking at dash options to look forward to.

If you are doing the dash get the clips welded on
