The 400 plus club.. what's it like..really

I'm talking about over 400bhp and over 400 ftlb's torque... beastie has 360bhp and just over 350ftlb of torque, and she's effing quick... but very manageable... lovely to drive, massive grin factor...

So, all you guys out there with numbers over 400, what's it like everyday? how do get on in the dry, how do you manage in the wet? are your cars easy to drive? scary? are they trying to kill you every time you go for a drive?

Anyone done the turbo or SC thing and regretted it?

Then there's the LS thing....

A Chim with 450 plus bhp and over 500 torques must be a complete animal... and is probably way above most of us in terms of driving talent...

Legally, on UK roads, our max speed is 70mph, and you hit that in second gear.. I'm not sure a 450bhp car will get to 70 any quicker than a 350bhp car, simply due to traction...

Hmmm, I've got 400 torques and after driving it today after a couple of weeks of driving the 4.6 around all I can say is "that's why I bought it"!

Give it another 50 horses and the jobs done but that's easier said then done.

Going to see Jools on Wednesday to squeeze a little more so fingers crossed!

In a word, it's 'cool'.
The only regret I have about going turbo is that I didn't do it sooner.

Last dyno showed 565bhp with 620lbs/ft, its nippy, but can be a handful in the wet, it can spin up in 5th at motorway speeds..
