Made to measure helmets?

Hi good folk,
I'm very keen to get back into cycling having not touched my bike for over 10 years. My issue is that I really want to have a helmet but I have a rather large head compared to most people. I've been to 'The Bike Factory' in Chester and tried on a helmet which expanded up to 64cm IIRC but that wasn't enough. Do any of you know how I could either find a larger size or made-to-measure and what the likely cost of such a thing would be?
