Can't reset my classifieds account password!

Right, I've tried and failed to login to my classifieds account - so I've hit the "forgotten my password" link 3 times and so far I haven't receievd a single password reset email. I've checked my SPAM and my junk, but there's nothing. The first time I hit "forgot my password" was on Friday last week so it's not like I haven't given it enough time..

Is there a problem with the website? - Forums etc works fine - but I can't log in to classifieds to post a private car ad.....
