RAF Odiham family day 21st June
Discussion
It's looking to be a fairly quite one unfortunatley, flying will take place in the afternoon using the disused runway as the display line ( well just slightly back from that) with the aircraft circuiting to the rear say lord Wandsworth college direction.

From my understanding 2/3 of them on that list are potentially not happening. But I can get clarification if you like

thank you! :-)
an update later in the week on confirmed/cancelled would be appreciated if possible. The Chinook display has always been good when I've seen it before, especially from the farmers field we were in last year as they (and the lancaster) came right over us at low level whilst turning back towards the display line....

I'll update you Friday, although just found out some good news regarding one of the aircraft but I'll save the surprise for Friday.
Well?
But the surprise was the C-130 was on the ground for a while but as per usual that's no longer happening. It will still do a fly through and maybe a circuit or 2. Always nice to see something different at Odiham
thanks ecsrobin... was the C-130 meant to do the landing, drop a landie off, reverse back up the runway and fly off again? That is quite fun to see, though as I won't be able to see the runway from my field.
Assume the loon hanging out of the back of the Chinooks will be giving us all a wave with the big hands again. :-)

After the falcons expect a lot of classic Aircraft to get airborne. Including an Aérospatiale Alouette II.

I really struggled with the light today, and took very few pictures with which was happy.
