Replacements for both UJ's in the steering column?

As per the title I need to source replacements for both UJ's in the steering column. I've heard stories of some supplied by specialist TVR parts suppliers which still needed the shoulders of the joints machining to prevent binding. Any info on good options to go for would be appreciated.

Not cheap but correct.
