I suspect this will be awesome, perhaps it's just in my head but you really feel that the PS3 creaking at the seams running GTA V, the draw distance on the PS3 is actually bloody brilliant considering, but this will be great.

My hope is that GTA V online is as good on PS4 as the story mode is on PS3.

You cannot knock the effort that R* put into the PS3/Xbox version, sure was pushing the systems to their limit. With the PS4/XBOX ONE version i'm sure this game isnt even scratching to which the next GTA will be like.

It does look good, visually not massively different. So the same, if not slightly enhanced graphics, just more going on. Looks good, although this time I'm going for the Xbone so don't think I can transfer anything.

Did you watch the video in 1080p HD? To my eyes the graphics are massively improved rather than slightly enhanced. Looks like a new game to me such is the jump in visuals.

And pretty sure you can transfer your online progress regardless of platform. So Xbox360 and PS3 players can transfer to PS4 OR Xbone. After all your online profile is stored with Rockstar and not on your console.

They only specifically mention PS4 as it seems to be Rockstar's next gen console of choice at the moment (all the next gen videos and photos released so far are taken on the PS4). I see more and more game companies are going PS4 exclusive first too (Battlefield4, Destiny, now this) I wonder if the same will happen here?
