After severely struggling with overhead squats due to a lack of flexibility, and knowing I've always been very tight in most areas I've been watching a lot of Kelly Starrett's YouTube videos as he's another guy who seems to know his stuff! In fact I'm trying to do his couch mobilisation as I type this.....pain!!!

I've downloaded a sample of his book, Supple Leopard, and it seems really good, does anyone have it or can anyone recommend anything similar? I really think this could help me with all my lifts

Been reading it on the train this morning. So far it seems very good. Lots of useful info on each page.

A 44 page sample of the book is available here, I think it makes really interesting reading and having tried the exercises in this sample it seems my lack of flexibility is far worse than I thought, in fact my hips are stupid tight!
