Couple of small additions

I bought some new mats from Autostyle whom I have always used, plus a cheap eBay storage pouch for under the passengers knees for the handbook. It cannot be seen unless you get down low but is perfect for the owners book. I then took the cigar surround light out from behind the lighter and positioned it under the stereo it is great you can see what is under there when the lights are switched on but it does not reflect or interfere at all when driving the car at night.

What are the front speaker you have?
Do they "interfere" with your leg when driving?

Reason that I ask is that I have upgraded the Head unit, applifier and base where the helmet holder was, but didn't get round to the front speakers as wanted something "thin"....

I have no door speakers in my '97 AJP except the front central, which is crappy and crackly.

I considered putting some in the doors but wasn't sure if this would hurt the resale as I would have to cut up the door cards..

I know people feel pretty strongly about adding/changing things on these cars that moves away from the original.....

Also, do people actually listen to music in their cars? Every time I think about putting in speakers and a working head unit, I just think I wouldn't be able to hear it over the sound of the engine/exhaust.....

Mine's never switched on.

When it goes in for service/repairs, it always bugs me when they've disconnected the battery as I can never remember how to get the stereo out of demo mode.

There is no 'Standard' ICE installation - so I don't think it would affect any resale value.
