Some people might think the driver is fair game
but it looks like he's becoming irritated about it
It's now moving towards the g/f.

Where is the line - passing comment on his actions but no more than that?

What are you talking about? It's extremely unlikely that he knows PH exists, he's getting angry about abuse received via social media not on here.
