Long Shot .....Watch Lost ....
Discussion
Hi All
This is a huge long shot.
On Monday morning I stupidly left my watch hanging up in the shower cubicle nearest the Porsche Curves in Maison Blanche.
It was a Rolex Submariner.
Don't get excited it was only a fake so isn't worth anything, but it holds huge sentimental value to me.
I don't suppose anyone here saw it and picked it up ?
Or does anyone have any other suggestions of sites I could post on.
Thanks for any help in advance.
Colin

Bloody hell, here we go again, Guys give the chap a break, he has lost something which is of Value 'TO HIM' I'm sure if you guys lost something of Value 'To you' you would hope people would help you out? Please drop the bickering.
He was simply asking, and as he said in original post 'it was a long shot'.

Sorry to hear you lost your watch. Perhaps if the above rude children lost their teddy bears they would understand what it is to lose something of sentimental value.
I know that the ACO have a 'lost property' process as some years ago a mate spoke to them about a lost jacket and they did have something in place, just can't remember what. Contact the ACO ticket@lemans.org they all speak fluent English on this email add (though in French it's called a 'found object' rather than 'lost property' LOL). You just never know. Good luck.

I read the first four lines of the original post and thought why would you take a Submariner off in the shower, then I read the rest and that explains everything.
Probably some bad samaritan walking around thinking he has won the lottery !
Good luck in your search - things of no financial value can sometimes be worth a personal fortune !!
