Well i’ve gone and pulled the trigger as per the title and ordered my first Xbox it will/should arrive by courier(Yodel so not so sure) today..

Ordered it with Titanfall and kinect sports for the kids.

Never had an Xbox so not sure i’ve made the right choice, i’ve went this route for the media centre idea Microsoft hope for and will tie it in with windows mobile etc and the Kinect will be great for the kids over the years.

Rather Excited to set it all up when she is at work tonight. Oh and she just knows a package will arrive while i’m out, no idea what's in it 

Just a heads up on a slow broadband connection the initial update can take a while plus the games need to install before you play them. On 30mb it took me about 2.5 hours before I could play a game.

Good purchase.

Like you I was indecisive, but in the end all of my mates decided on Xbox so I went Xbox too. I'm really happy with it, I know theres been a fair few things about it being less powerful, but looking at the graphics on a PS4 I tried you'd really have to sit and scrutinize games like Battlefield to notice any solid difference.

There were a few tedious things at the start which made it less impressive but MS have been really good with updates and most OS features that people didn't like have been resolved so you're probably getting on board at the right time.

Well, the download was not so bad, took about 5 minutes over Wi-Fi.

The one problem I have is I now need a floating shelf and to move my living room about a wee bit so the kids dont kill them selves or my new Kinect Camera!

Really impressed so far, managed a small shot on Kinect Rivals before calling it a night after a long day. Looking forward to getting my Titanfall downloaded tonight and cracking on with that.

Did have the TV linked through it for a bit but thought I best figure it out before I go the full buhna!

Any other Games for myself and the kids y'all would recommend?
