Depending on the angle the car sits at, a lot of them will do this.
To counter this, from the inside, lean on the door slightly as you press the button.
From the outside pull the door mirror slightly at the same time as pressing the button.
Make sure you havn`t got a lazy solenoid, with the door open try cycling the door solenoids by pressing a release button 4 or 5 times, if they quicken up when pressing, you might have freed them up a bit. This did the trick on my boot solenoid, possibly due to lack of use.

I had this on my T350C. The only successful cure (and I tried lots of things) was to source and buy some solid rubber tubing and to insert it onto the rubber door seal (using silicone spray) in the vertical length nearest to the door hinges. Experimentation gave a great result although you can occasionally get a bit of wind noise (at high speed) which I can live with to be honest. i expect I could cure that if I tried. To counter this, from the inside, lean on the door slightly as you press the button.

I can't remember where I got it from now but I just did a Google search. It was peanuts in cost and certainly enough for me to order a metre each of a couple of different sizes/diameters. From memory I think it was 1.5cm that worked best but I may be wrong.
If you want me to check let me know.

New door seals should fix it
Door seals: 6M of ETS58 for the door (+ 2M for the Hoop seal if you have a Tamora) 3M ETS59 for the boot seal on the Tamora. It was much cheaper than buying from the usual TVR parts suppliers last time I ordered some! Lengths might be different for the T350 so measure it first! If you are feeling tight go to a scrappers and ask for a mk1 Focus door seal. For the trim along the top edge of the window glass, mounted in the groove of the targa panel its 2M of SRS1905
www.sealsplusdirect.co.uk - They are on ebay too! 0845 2263345

The door seals are £3 a metre cheaper than the usual TVR suppliers - an £18 difference if you're buying 6 metres!
I put on the new door and inner windscreen surround seal today, from Seals Direct, and what a difference! The doors now spring open (like they're spring-loaded) when pushing the button, and feels a lot more water tight!
Only took 5 minutes to change, too - and I didn't even break anything else in the process, which is a first!

What is the code for the inner windscreen surround or did you mean the big 6m loop from door to door? Don't forget you should have the dimples in the door rubbers at the bottom so that water can not collect inside the seal and run into the carOnly took 5 minutes to change, too - and I didn't even break anything else in the process, which is a first!

I meant the big 6mm loop from door to door (ETS58), as that covers the windscreen surround too. There isn't another type of inner windscreen seal, is there?Andrew
I didn't forget to cut out the two drainage dimples either side.
