Interested if anyone has had this done. Someone on here has got a very nice pearlescent white Chim (the quick one !) which
I think really suits the car. Presumably the car needs to be completely stripped to allow all panels to be sprayed or
it'll just look odd. Viable or way too expensive ? Mine would be dark blue to white.

My car had a full respray (prior to my ownership- about 2002). It was originally purple but is now dark blue. Only place it shows is where the paint has chipped under the bonnet near the vin plate

In reality the Chim is one of the easiest cars to change the colour. The engine bay is not body coloured with the exception of the wings, nor the underside of the bonnet, boot and inside of the tub under carpets etc. Obviously there is no roof and pillars except a small area behind the windscreen seal. Less external parts to strip than most cars as well.

Also, no dents or rust (on the body at least) smile
