S4 or audi a6 3.0tfsi

Thinking about one of these due to that 3.0 supercharged engine and quattro. Both will be autos or stronic and 2010 so keen to hear any thoughts on what people think?

I'd move it to the Audi, seat, vw group as you'll get a lot more answers there.

I'd say an s4 though!

Had a 335, now in a stage 1 S4

Much prefer the S4 even before the remap

I can really see me replacing my beloved Stage2+ B5 S4 Avant with a B8 S4 Avant when the time comes.
A friend of the family has one (alongside a C6 RS6 avant...That sucker is nuclear!!!), I've driven both a few times...both have been great cars so far.

Mind bogglingly heavy on fuel .

Recently bought a 2011 a6 3.0 tfsi... It's a great car (interior squeaks aside). Feels plenty quick enough 99% of the time and a remap would see to the other 1%. Fuel economy isn't too bad ; my commute (15m of main roads/dual carriageway and 8m of urban stop-start) returns about 26-28mpg; 31 is possible on a long run, assuming you take it gently.

Thoroughly recommended, as long as you don't expect 2 litre turbodiesel levels of economy

I had one as a hire car for a week and loved it. Plenty fast enough (over 300hp if I remember correctly) and easy to just floor it from a standstill and let the 4WD sort it all out.

The V6 Supercharged S4 isn't heavy on fuel!!!! if anything it is slightly better on fuel than my BiTurbo S4 and that isn't exactly thirsty......or are are you talking about the RS6????
