I have a few packs of lamb and pigs hearts in the freezer; looking for a tasty recipe for them. I'm thinking long slow cooking but how to flavour?

Never had lambs heart but ox heart stew is a family tradition at Christmas. We always casserole it whole then carve it up but this looks interesting..

That looks good, I haven't had lamb's hearts for ages, might need more than 2 hrs though? I'll give it a try smile
