Anyone here into the Arcade games of the golden ages? Like Defender, Space Invaders etc?

I have around 9 Arcade Machines now to my collection.

Cool. All in one room?

I'd love to have Sega Rally in my house. Full seated two player version. Suspect people wouldn't leave, though. scratchchin

Pictures?
I'd love the original Star wars machine with vector graphics.
Many a happy holiday arcade visit to one of those.
I remember when they were 10p a go.

The first Sega Rally arcade machines were brilliant - I go searching for one every time I'm near an arcade!

The Ferrari 355 Challenge, too.

Oh yes! Forgot about that one. Guess "retro" made me think older (I know it's quite old too now). I could happily play F355 Challenge all day (seated version, too).

Oh and Final Fight. Two player was always a giggle. (Are these too modern, OPer?)

They are all in the garage, the missus won't allow them in the house.....yet.

I have these to my collection so far;

Atari Asteroids Cabaret
Atari Missile Command Upright
Atari Star Wars Upright
Atari Tempest Cabaret
Taito Space Invaders Upright
Williams Robotron Upright (USA version)
Atari Gravitar Upright
Williams Defender Upright
Sega/Gremlin Astro Blaster
Bally Midway Pac-Man Upright

Here is a pic, quite tough to take them in here, I'll try and get some better ones;

Don't forget the 'turbo' cheat too. When in car select screen, go First Gear, Second Gear, Third Gear, Fourth Gear and then repeat. Then select your car and hit the gas. Gives you a faster car!

Don't forget the cheat for Sega Rally 2 - When selecting a car pull up on the hand brake and press view change to get the classic celica / delta as bonus cars.
Love those games, I'd add a retro fully spinning WEC le mans and Star Wars arcade (post '98 one) to my dream garage set up.

I can still remember the Defender sounds being awesome even now. I would love a collection like that.

I too am a massive fan of Sega Rally and Daytona. I have never seen anyone else play the third race track on Daytona, did any of you? It was great for drifting.
