It's an anglia based Geep - I don't know how good it is but they can't be many left.

Wow... takes me back to my first Anglia based car. Even has the narrow front curved wings at interesting angles. The folding windscreen frame looks to be in good condition- the one one I sold a year ago needed reinforcement and welding. Those look like genuine jeep seats and weather gear as well. This is going to be a super deal for someone- no road tax either. If only I had the space. The only downside I could imagine is the position of the front wheels due to the Anglia steering box- and does anyone re-condition those???
Bye Eck that takes me back....My first contact with a Geep was back in '82 when my (then) brother in law bought an anglia based one it was red and white the number plate I think was BNC***B and it was by then 1600 x-flow powered it obviously left a big impression on me till this day but not as much as the new beige with stripes kit he then built just as the 'Q' plate came out , fitted with a 2.0 cammy , shame his sister didnt share our enthusiasm!
I havn't seen the jeep on ebay but wonder how many of the anglia based models are left? Mine is recorded as being registered in 1962 obviously the donor vehicle. its an anglia chasis with lovely faded green body work (to go flat green this year)and has the flat bonnet with american army star on it.Wooden floor rough ride its luverly.Anyone else got an old un?
