Current brand awareness Ad

Saw the latest Land Rover ad on telly last night. The ad that doesn't really advertise anything other than the brand. Isn't it a bit odd that the only car in it is an (all be it electric) Defender? A car that is due to go out of production next year. Thoughts, comments?

It's for brand awareness - most people when asked what does a Land Rover look like would draw a Defender.
