What new car to last 20 years?

Sorry if this has been done recently but here's the scenario. I'm your new boss and as part of your renumeration package, I will buy you a new car up to the value of 100k. The only proviso is that it has to be brand new and you are responsible for the servicing, fuel and insurance costs throughout your ownership. You are allowed to own other vehicles in that time for your personal use (paid for out of your own pocket of course)but have to use this one for business use (about 10-15k per year). If you leave the company within this time, you have to give the car back but if you stay for 20 years, you can keep the car, retire if you want to and I'll give you a 1 million pound lump sum pension payout. If you change the car within this time, you don't get your million pounds!
If you spend below budget, you won't be getting the difference back in cash, so no point buying a Polo BlueMotion and pocketing the difference (although I won't be unhappy if you spend less than 100k)!
So, what new car would you choose?
I'll skip the Range Rover because the running costs over 20 years would be horrendous and go for a comfortably specced (but not too many unecessary gadgets) E-Class Estate. I'll pass on an AMG and probably go for a 350 Bluetec or a lesser powered diesel (if they're more reliable). Comfortable, will hopefully not be too expensive to run, very practical and should go the distance and be a nice car to live with for the next 20 years. I should be able to save my company about 50000 pounds too!

Toyota Land Cruiser V8 ( Fully loaded... winter tyres and summer tyres... saving you a chunk of money too!!! )

a/ Last 20 years easily.
b/ Keep me in comfort
c/ Be reliable... so I'm always earning.
d/ Can go anywhere
e/ If it is good enough for middle of Africa, Australia and Amazon.... it will cope with whatever Surrey has to throw at it.
Many others won't even last 20 years let alone the other criteria.

This IMHO. Costs about 100K new. Running costs are probably the lowest in the class. Legendary reliability. Epic depreciation, but in this scenario you are not responsible for it. Seems like a good fit.Or - Tesla Model S with all the boxes ticked, if an electric car is suitable.
It would be interesting to turn it around and think of a 100K car that is likely to appreciate over the next 20 years, enough to offset the running costs
How many miles would you do?
250k-600k miles in total.
Plenty of cars can easily do 250k miles however to do 600k miles its a different league.
Has to be an auto
All the option boxes ticked
I'm guessing you might want a part electric setup as you might think that in 20 years time towns may be electric only so some electric only range might be useful.
However have to say the car you suggested in E350 blue tec with AMG kit estate is going to be able to do most of yor changing requirements.
Also you might need to think about a driver seat replacement at some point during the 20 years.

Not the one car which is suitable for those requirements and in a 20yr lifespan you'll have them one way or another.
