Anyone ventured down to the said mentioned in there porker?, if so what was your opinion of the roads and driving?, thinking of taking it in next year so.....

Only did the coast, (Croatia) and no driving, but was a passenger.

Nice drives, very nice place to tour.

Not sure of your itinerary or time but there is a ferry from Dubrovnik to Bari so you could drive down the Croatian coast and back up through Italy, if you seek out the retrospective Mille Miglia routes you will be able to savour some of Italy's best touring roads.
