Rapide's fuse 22 (F3) - have you tackled it?

Hi- does anyone know a simple way of fuse 22ing a Rapide? Apparently this one (actually fuse 3 under passenger seat) is a bit of a b to get to. Simpler to unplug the elec connection to the valve under the car?
