LM 2014 (from two jag Prescot)
Discussion
You might have seen Team Prescott if you attended this years festivities. For me and four other PHers/friends (Synchromesh, Geekman, Dalto123, ChemicalChaos, Max), this years Le Mans race was our first. Here's a short of what we saw.
Docks in Dover. Waiting amongst other LM goers.

Both Prescotts arriving without issue to the PH camp, despite what the 20 mpg average said.

Lapping up the neighbouring cars.
R0001652 by ray L hodges, on Flickr
One of the odder things seen outside the PH Friday service.
R0001663 by ray L hodges, on Flickr
The self diagnosed American-o-phile, ChemicalChaos, getting graphically aroused.

Passing band playing Bob Marley at the Classic British Welcome.

Prescott One and myself on the Mulsanne straight.

Mad Friday tadpoles.

Chevy show within the circuit at Saturday noon before the race. Max investigating the material quality of the latest Corvette.

Paratroopers descending to commence the start of the race.

First lap. Finding a view was awkward.

The Ferris wheel gave a splendid birds eye view.

Settling down at Mulsanne for the night after an unrewarded hunt for a spot by the straight.

Twenty minutes to go before the end.

Saying bye bye.

I can speak for most of the group in saying that we will be returning. It was a pleasure meeting some of you at the PH camp.

The X350 promptly broke down outside our tent just before the rain. You were looking for jump leads, but unfortunately we couldn't help. Cars caused a few laughs in our camp (not just for the breakdown!). Glad you made it home.
That was my fault. I plugged a cool box and phone charger into it, had a few drinks, went out and immediately forgot all about it. It had just enough power to start the next day provided I left it in drive, which I again forgot, putting it into park outside your tent whilst we were waiting for the gates to open. Not my finest hour
