Touch up paints

Can anyone recommend a good place to order some touch-up paint from.

And in my experience it's utterly crap. I got them to mix up two different colours from swatches that they had and both were miles off. Very friendly sales person though and I think they were a bit embarrassed.

Who got my fairly simple gloss red out by a such a magnitude that the fingernail-sized touch-up on the driver's side rear door is visible from my upstairs windows, across the street.
