Will a decent enthusiast owned 997 "s" be 20k in 2 years??

Need to get back into some pork despite enjoying my little alpina detour at the moment... will have to be something a bit newer than im used to (had and loved a 964 a few years back) so am wondering if the above comes into budget in a couple of years??

ive seen a few around the 23k mark and they almost always come on at dealers and never privately!!

I can't see why not. Personally I keep a quiet eye on the classified, though for me it would be just a simple Carrera on 18inch wheels with extras. I may well buy one in a couple of years, but I'm waiting for the Gen 2 to drop first.

997.1 might eventually but I can't see the 997.2 getting there.
