I always like to post when i have been looked after.

I took my car into Porsche Bristol today for some warranty work (door mirror motor) and an interim oil and filter change.

They allowed me to use their 991 Carrera S PDK convertible demonstrator as a courtesy car (i travel to them from London).

Seriously impressive service from Sam Cross there and the rest of the team.

I am overjoyed with the car i bought from Sam (997 Turbo) and the back up service is just as impressive.

Onto the 991- First time i have driven PDK and i don't want to go back to tiptronic.I am amazed at the way the car performs in Sport mode with blips on the down changes and the speed of the change.
The sports exhaust when run in 'noisy' mode sounds superb and the general build quality of the cabin interior in the 991 is a new level of refinement.

They're part of the Dick Lovett group & include Cardiff / Swindon OPC's.

I use Cardiff personally & find them to be excellent too - a great bunch of people working for them.

I too am a customer of Porsche Bristol, and would highly recommend them.

Dangerous game having a nice loan car....Looking forward to reading a future post from you when you've bought a 991 PDK from them...!

I was told that the new Tewksbury branch is to specialise on the older air cooled and classic Porsches

Its all about numbers...they're opening a new dealer to sell more Porsches, new and approved used.

I hate to ruin the party but.... I have bought two cars from Dick Lovett franchises. Porsche and BMW. I will never do so again.
