Strange Police Escort

One large white lorry flanked by two motorcycles and a Volvo police traffic unit at the back heading southbound on the A4090 in Harrow. Wasn't travelling very fast as well, anyone know what it could be? Weird as an almost identical convoy passed me in the same location a couple of weeks ago but with a green lorry.

Hi.

1. Currency being taken to banks / currency materials being taken to press. (The Bank of England Printing Works, De La Rue Currency, is at Loughton and I have witnessed these police escorts).
2. Tools/materials used for nuclear reactors (nuclear waste and by products are usually carried via train).
